Harlow Glass, established in 1995 as a family-run business, was born out of a necessity within the construction industry to deliver top-tier glass solutions that aligned with the forefront of technology while meeting stringent construction timelines. Over the years, Harlow Glass has expanded to include the original founder, Dave Morris, alongside his sons and team members who have progressed into management roles. This growth ensures a deep reservoir of expertise that we leverage to serve our clients with the utmost professionalism and proficiency.

  • Dave Morris has been working in the glazing industry for over 30 years. During this time David has seen and been involved in the evolution of the use of glass across London and the South East.

    Adam Rist has dedicated his entire career to Harlow Glass, rising to a management position. His hands-on experience and deep knowledge of current construction methods play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

    Together, Dave and Adam have cultivated numerous valuable relationships over the years, enriching their expertise and enabling them to offer a wealth of industry knowledge and insights to our clients.

  • In addition to the expertise offered by David, his sons play integral roles within Harlow Glass, ensuring that quality is maintained across all projects.

    Carl, with Degrees in two areas of architectural design, actively engages in customer dialogue during the design phase and throughout manufacturing to ensure successful project delivery.

    Tom oversees manufacture and production in our specialised factory. He has cultivated strong relationships with international suppliers to offer our clients the widest array of glazing options.

    Together, Tom and Carl's contributions elevate the quality of our services to the highest standards.

  • Our cohesive management team excels in delivering exceptional customer support across all project phases. From the outset of design and specification, we offer comprehensive design input in CAD, Revit, and PDF formats, ensuring unparalleled client interaction and assistance.

    During the manufacturing and construction stages, our swift turnaround enables us to support main contractors in addressing unforeseen challenges on site as they arise.

Meet The Team

  • David Morris - Managing Director

    David established Harlow Glass in 1995 and has spent his whole career in the glazing industry.  He has built a wealth of knowledge of the architectural glazing industry and this enables him to assist clients in all aspects from design and specification through to construction.  Dave strongly believes in the importance of developing strong relationships with clients new and existing.

  • Adam Rist - Contracts Director

    Adam has worked with Harlow Glass for the whole of his career. His experience of working through all levels and departments of the business provides the management team with the highest level of customer service alongside understanding of on-site situations. Adam pushes to ensure Harlow Glass can provide the highest level of service to our clients with industry leading turnarounds.

  • Carl Morris - Design Director

    Carl has been working with Harlow Glass in a consultant role for a number of years providing design input and overview on a number of projects. This consultant role was developed into a full management role in 2014 with the task of developing the technical and design side of the company. His degrees in Architecture and Architectural Technology allow him to understand and interact with the most exacting of clients.

  • Alistair Morris - Project Manager

    Alistair, or “Ali” as we all know him, has become a vital part of the Harlow Glass Team, and is the only Morris not a relation. As our lead Project Manager and Supervisor he uses years of experience to achieve the quality and service Harlow Glass now strives to provide our clients. With full SSSTS certification and Black Card CSCS registration Ali ensures all our projects run successfully to budgets and timeframes.

  • Tom White - Factory Manager

    Tom has developed his role in the company for a number of years. He is now a vital part of Harlow Glass’s production structure, helping to ensure that full co-ordination takes place between office, site and factory. With the many different stages and types of production Harlow Glass can offer, Tom provides essential experience to ensure we can meet tight project deadlines.
