Harlow Glass recently completed the installation of a new glazed entrance screen as part of a comprehensive reception refurbishment project at 25 Copthall Avenue. The scope of the project required seamless integration with various elements:

In the center of the screen, a new glass revolving door was expertly installed by specialists from Boon Edam. One end of the screen seamlessly meets an existing wall, while the other end integrates into a striking curved feature wall that extends both indoors and outdoors. This intricate design detail demanded careful planning and precise installation.

Harlow Glass managed the installation of all secondary structures to support the screen within the soffit zone, allowing for recessed head supports into the ceiling. The entire screen was finished in brushed stainless steel, complemented by the addition of a secondary pass door to meet DDA requirements. Harlow Glass provided and installed the frame, glass, and automation for this purpose.

Internally, we also upgraded the building's toilets to align with previous refurbishments. This involved sourcing and matching a specialist laminated product, including aluminum mesh laminated between glass panels to achieve a perfect match with existing installations.
