Harlow Glass successfully completed the full supply and installation of fenestration for the new Storage King unit in Chester. Our team collaborated closely with the main contractor, offering expert guidance on the selection and detailing of the appropriate window, door, and curtain wall systems tailored for the project. We also provided structural calculations for the framing and glass, ensuring the client received comprehensive specification details.
The majority of the installation was accomplished using a "stick build" curtain walling system. Where needed, personnel doors were seamlessly integrated into the curtain walling, including push-to-exit fire escape doors. A standout feature of the project was the dual-height corner screen, which featured custom corner pressings extending to the ground floor for a flawless finish.
