Harlow Glass Strengthens Partnership with N-Family Club on Twickenham Nursery Project

Harlow Glass is proud to continue its strong collaboration with the N-Family Club group of nurseries, delivering exceptional glazing solutions tailored to their unique aesthetic and functional requirements. The recent Twickenham project demonstrated our expertise in blending renovation, refurbishment, and new construction to create a modern, inviting, and safe environment for children and staff.

The project included the installation of automated sliding doors, designed to align with N-Family's brand and ensure a secure and seamless entrance to the reception area. To enhance thermal performance, secondary glazing was installed on the existing windows in the converted church, preserving the original character while meeting modern energy standards. New windows were fitted, many featuring teleflex controls to allow safe and convenient operation of vents positioned high above the floor.

A standout feature of the original church was carefully preserved with a bespoke circular window. This ornate stonework window was upgraded using a single, double-glazed unit, maintaining the view in and out while improving thermal efficiency. Bi-folding doors were also installed to provide effortless access to outdoor play spaces, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor environments.
