Harlow Glass has started the installation of large format, 90-minute fire-rated glazed frames at 150 Aldersgate Street, a project led by the main contractor Midgard, part of the JRL group of companies. This challenging endeavor features frames that push the system to its maximum size, ensuring expansive views across the building’s prominent entrance.
The intricate design, developed in close collaboration with Fletcher Priest Architects, required precise detailing to integrate seamlessly with the feature brickwork walls. Given the considerable size and weight of the glass, specialized installation techniques are necessary.
